Delete your Taswee account & data

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for Taswee (Android package com.taswee.imagination.aiart), the AI photo & art editor app published on Google Play by Taswee and operated by Flyingcaps.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (immediate)

1. Open Taswee and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Profile / Me → Account (the account settings screen).
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and its associated data are permanently deleted.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address linked to your Taswee account and we will delete it for you:

Send to [email protected] with the subject “Taswee Account Deletion Request” and include the email or username on your account. We respond within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Note: purchases and subscriptions are billed by Google Play. Deleting your Taswee account does not cancel an active subscription — manage or cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions.
